For some reason I really wanted to catch some themes in this piece that are valuable to me, but that could be relatable to any other.
This artwork is called "life" and symbolizes that even though parts of our lives may decay or wither, we continue to flourish and grow.
And that it is therefore very important to take care of ourselves, to love ourselves.
To love our naked bodies and evolve within the blues we might find ourselves in.
All laced in an ikebana-inspired setting.
Ikebana is the Japanese artform of flower arrangements, which I find myself drawn to. Because it has a subtle brilliance to it, when you see the exact chosen flora balancing in an almost surreal way on a modest bowl. I guess,
I kinda long for that sweet balance myself.
